Enter the world of shameful eating, where everyone eats for the sake of it. We all know you have been there before, eating that oh-so-good greasy burger even though you know full well that it goes straight to your thighs and is basically a one way ticket to heart cancer.

So why eat it?

This is where the blog allows you to post and rant about what you eat and help you through those times where you eat because... well lets face it - you were bored.

Judge, stalk and laugh at people's lame excuses and reasons for eating what they choose. It's basically your AA meeting in the comfort of your own home.
