So Sunday was a day where I finally caught up with my eating habits and ate a fair amount. My sisters boyfriend arrived to Sydney which was pretty exciting... now I have to be third wheel and watch them be all disgusting and lovey dovey. Gross.
Anyway so I had work again and was very, very tired. I bought a coffee and thought, might as well grab something to eat... so I bought a bacon and egg roll to go with it. Oh stop, I was tired and needed something to get me through the day. And yes, as soon as I wrote that, I realised I could have gotten something more healthier and it would have given me an energy boost. But it was a set meal so it was just easier to not think and run into work quickly - I was already 10mins late.
For lunch, I decided to make up for the yukky breakfast. I got myself a grilled chicken sandwich with lettuce, tomato and avocado. It was heavenly and delicious. I don't think you understand how much I love avocado... I hate it by itself but oh boy do I love it on my sandwiches!! Oh and my bread was brown bread :) Kudos for me!
For dinner, we went to an all you can eat buffet (which is like... basically where I would go every week if I had one next to my house). It was amazing. The place had everything you could think of and you just wanted to go nuts! Now, I was very, very aware of my current situation. I tried very hard to be a good girl. I'll let you judge.
Oh oh I see bean salad mix! And pumpkin! Yeah? Sounds alright... the rest was a seafood salad, scallops and mussels.
And look at those peas and carrots! And whats that? More pumpkin?! And some roast beef with potato bake.
Dessert wasn't as good but here it is:
Mmmm I kinda went crazy with the chocolate fondue. And the cheesecake was so so rich I couldn't eat it all!!
Ok, come on. Give me some credit. I went to an all you can eat buffet and I STILL tried to think healthy. I know that is not normal of me. Seriously. I even stayed away from the all the crazy deep fried food :( So I think I was a good girl. I am going to go reward myself with a chocolate bar. Ahaha kidding.
