Darling You Are What You Eat was created by Jocelyn, a girl who has a passion for food no matter what time of day it is. The purpose of this blog was to make herself feel guilty about the total crap she ate but the more she documented everything, the more she became self aware and guilty about her food. Believing that she could convince others to do the same, she slowly created a world where people can rant, stalk and judge others eating habits, making them want to eat more healthily.
Combining her love for photography and food, she wanted to allow others to follow her lead but through other methods that best describe their lifestyle. For example, her busy best friend would scribble down everything she ate on scrap paper! The purpose of this challenge is to make you feel guilty about the certain foods you eat - we don't need to tell you off. You know well enough that you are eating crap. So do something about it!
