A routine in my working day diet is becoming visible... and looking at it in list form is a little confronting. I'm realising that I genuinely do not pay attention to what I eat during the day, I do not take the time to make decisions (because they appear so inconsequential and short-term), Alongside this, because of my naturally slim frame, there is nothing to remind me of what I'd actually eaten. (This is actually the most in-depth I've ever thought about the food I eat!)
